Budget & Treasury

The Department is responsible for the management of all the financial business of the Municipality, advice to the Municipal Manager and the Municipal Council on all major financial decisions, to promote and monitor good financial governance for the Municipality. It is the custodian of all municipal assets and must ensure the prudent financial management of public funds.
